Features: The development of the Shui ethnic group's society has gradually evolved on the basis of small-scale farming economy, with this economy nurturing and driving the development of Shui culture. With the growing national emphasis on the of ethnic ancient texts and the need for rich cultural heritage to support tourism economies, the era of rescue, protection, organization, and development of the Shui Book has arrived. Dusan County and Libo County have established high-level Shui Book rescue and collection leading teams and have been working effectively.
