In addition to the preface, the textbook is divided into two parts: the first part is General Principles of Criminal Law, which systematically and in-depth discusses the fundamental principles of criminal law and the general norms of the criminal law general principles. The second part is Specific Crimes of Criminal Law, which discusses macro issues of specific crimes of criminal law on the basis of general principles, and elaborates on the common issues of the ten categories of crimes stipulated in the current Criminal Code of China, as well as the crime-punishment norms and theoretical issues of each crime, with detailed and selective discussions based on the needs of theory and practice, with clear priorities.
