Features: This book is designed with the U.S. National Instruments (NI) LabVIEW 8.0 as the development platform and the NI USB-6009 DAQ card as the data acquisition hardware. It corresponds the virtual instrument front panel to the traditional instrument panel and the virtual instrument flowchart to the internal circuit of traditional instruments. Using a single data acquisition card on a general-purpose computer, it achieves the design of typical time-domain, frequency-domain, and data-domain test instruments. The construction scheme of the new model electronic laboratory in this book is also applicable to the construction of other testing laboratories. The design achievements of this book give us reason to believe that all ordinary people can design and build personalized laboratories. The book is divided into 11 chapters. Chapter 1 analyzes the construction model of traditional laboratories and proposes the construction scheme of the new model electronic laboratory. Chapters 2 and 3 introduce the basic technologies for constructing the new model electronic laboratory. Chapters 4 to 10, based on the analysis of traditional electronic measurement instruments, propose design methods and testing techniques for typical virtual instruments. Chapter 11 analyzes the systematic errors of virtual instrument systems and proposes improvement measures. This book can serve as a technical reference for engineering technicians designing and developing instruments or automatic test systems, and can also be used as teaching materials or reference books for relevant majors in colleges and universities.
