Features: This book is one of the "Embedded System Development and Application Series Textbooks." It uses the EmbestEDUKIT-Ⅱ/Ⅲ experimental teaching system based on the ARM9 core as the hardware development platform. Taking the basic peripheral interface functions widely used in ARM9 as examples, it systematically establishes a relatively complete embedded teaching system based on the ARM9 core, using both Embedded Linux and WinCE operating systems as software development platforms. From the perspective of teaching and experiments, the complex engineering examples of embedded development and application are categorized and written into the experimental textbook according to the natural learning process. While strengthening the fundamental teaching of embedded systems, it aims to conduct experimental teaching on a relatively realistic actual engineering platform, forming an embedded experimental teaching system that is easy to advanced, relatively complete, and closely aligned with practical engineering applications. The book includes a wealth of software and hardware resources and can also serve as a technical reference manual for ARM-based embedded development. Using the EmbestEDUKIT-Ⅱ/Ⅲ multi-core experimental teaching system based on the ARM9 core as the hardware development platform, and taking the basic peripheral interface functions widely used in ARM9 as examples, it was designed and developed 46 experiments using Embedded Linux and WinCE as the software development platforms. The content includes: basic experiments in embedded software development based on ARM, basic interface experiments, human-machine interface experiments, communication and audio interface experiments, and basic experiments in Embedded Linux and WinCE. The content is arranged from easy to advanced, relatively complete, closely integrated with the actual teaching of embedded systems, and closely aligned with the practical engineering applications of embedded development, providing a wealth of experimental examples from introductory to development. This enables readers not only to systematically master the basic knowledge and skills of embedded system development but also to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and practical peripheral interface module development, as well as application development based on Embedded Linux and WinCE. The book includes one free CD provided by Embest, which contains EmbestIDE Pro Campus Edition and other related materials. This book can be used as a textbook for experimental teaching in embedded system courses in universities and colleges for electronic, communication, automation, computer, and related majors, as well as a training textbook and reference book for related engineering and technical personnel in embedded systems.
