Features: This book is edited entirely in accordance with the curriculum standards of normal schools and rural normal schools for the education of teachers. The chapters in this book vary in detail, and the principles they follow are as follows: (1) For knowledge related to compulsory professional subjects in normal schools or rural normal schools (such as educational psychology, educational testing and statistics, primary school teaching materials and methods, primary school administration, and practice), the presentation is relatively brief to avoid repetition for the slow-witted; (2) For issues related to educational trends, comparative education, and the history of education, as they are not prescribed as compulsory professional subjects in the curriculum of normal schools or rural normal schools, the presentation is more detailed to serve as a supplement.
