Features: Today we seem to be living in an "age without thought." When pop culture items become neighborhood fashion, few people truly think and read. Life becomes thin, and thought loses its home. But precisely because of this, thinking and writing become a way for each person to measure their self-depth or to express their individual voice in life. A scholar's life meaning is solidified in relentless academic thinking, as only academic thinking can grant life a higher level of meaning. At the same time, only true scholars can take on the responsibilities of academic culture and the risks of thought in an "age without thought." Perhaps, in the face of the irreproducibility of life and the "empty space of time without Han," only profound thought can add weight to life and help escape the "intolerable lightness of being," and only by choosing to write can one leave traces of thought, preserving fleeting reflections.
