Features: To better implement the spirit of a series of documents from the Central Committee and the Ministry of Education regarding the strengthening of ideological and moral education for students, adhering to patriotism, collectivism, and socialist education, guiding students to establish a correct worldview, life philosophy, and values, we have compiled this book, "University Students' Success and Self-Cultivation," in response to the needs of reforming the teaching of moral education courses. Moral education teaching must change the traditional teaching methods of "lecturing without pause" and "teachers dominating the classroom," and instead, mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning. Teaching materials should be easy for students to read and understand, facilitating discussions and exchanges during class time. Therefore, based on the key points and difficulties of teaching, we have made every effort to combine the learning, life, ideology, and psychology of university freshmen, and have targetedly analyzed, discussed, and explained these aspects in the book. This book emphasizes theoretical and knowledge-based content while highlighting practicality and relevance, especially paying close attention to the specific characteristics of students in ethnic minority institutions.
