Through theoretical research on Shangri-La, Utopia, and ideal cities, as well as the study of the various components of human settlement environments and their interrelationships, it systematically and comprehensively analyzes the current state, existing problems, contradictions, and corresponding countermeasures of the human settlement environment in the "Shangri-La Region." From an overall perspective and the height of an ideal city, it proposes some practical suggestions and ideas for the sustainable development of the human settlement environment in the research area.
