Features: This collection presents outstanding residential design schemes recommended by the Office of the Capital Urban and Rural Planning Commission to Beijing. The schemes numbered 9601-9618 are revisions and improvements based on the "Beijing Municipal 1994 Trial Maps," adapted to the newly promulgated "Beijing Municipal 1995 Residential Construction Standards." The schemes numbered 9619-9626 are selected from the reviewed proposals of the Beijing Residential Expert Review Group in 1996. Although these schemes still have some shortcomings in certain aspects, they basically comply with the current residential construction standards of Beijing and can be used or referenced by various units.
