Features: 【】In recent years, China has experienced rapid development in residential construction. On average, over 500 million square meters of urban housing and about 800 million square meters of rural housing are completed annually nationwide. The reasons for this phenomenon are twofold: first, increased incomes have stimulated residents' demand for housing purchases, and second, the government has prioritized housing as a key driver of national economic growth. Among these factors, the housing reform system has played an especially evident role in promoting residential construction. In just a few short years, so many families have been able to own new homes, a scenario that was unimaginable during the era of welfare housing allocation. 【Target Audience】Related professionals. 【Table of Contents】Preface.
