Features: In recent years, martial arts have been flourishing both domestically and internationally, with increasingly frequent competition events. There is a pressing need for standardized competition routines. To this end, the China Wushu Academy and the China Wushu Association have organized renowned coaches, Taijiquan masters, and outstanding athletes to compile competition routines for Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, Taijiquan Jian, Dao, Jian, Gun, Qiang, Nan Dao, and Nan Gun, among others. These competition routines retain the stylistic characteristics of the respective martial arts and reflect the current technical level of wushu. Not only are they rich in content, with standardized movements and a rigorous, well-structured layout, but they also comply with the requirements of competition rules regarding the number of movements, groups, and time limits. They have been approved by the China Wushu Academy and are now published as books, with accompanying teaching video tapes being widely distributed. We believe that as these competition routines are promoted, they will play a positive role in promoting the standardization of martial arts competitions and in the popularization and advancement of wushu.
