Features: In modern industrial production and daily life, industrial dust and smoke are the root causes of atmospheric environmental pollution. Glass fiber filter materials are the ideal materials for treating industrial dust at present. In 1987, the Nanjing Research and Design Institute of Glass Fiber formulated the "Standard for Glass Fiber Filter Fabric." With the development of science and technology and the introduction of new varieties of glass fiber filter fabrics, JC/T768-1987 (1996) can no longer meet the needs of production and sales. Therefore, this standard has been revised based on JC/T768-1987 (1996). The revision of this standard is mainly referenced to the Japanese Industrial Standard JISR3421-1994, and the test methods are quoted from corresponding national standards. The main technical differences between this standard and JC/T768-1987 (1996) are as follows:
---
- Modify the product code. For example, in the original code CWF300, the original 300 represented the nominal thickness (mm) multiplied by 1000. It is now changed to unit area mass (g/m2).
- Add new varieties and specifications of expanded glass fiber filter fabrics and some other products.
- Formulate inspection rules and sampling methods for glass fiber filter fabrics.
This standard, effective from the date of implementation, also replaces JC/T768-1987 (1996). This standard was proposed by the former National Building Materials Industry Administration. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Glass Fiber Standardization Technical Committee (CSBTS/TC245). The drafting units of this standard are: Nanjing Research and Design Institute of Glass Fiber. The participating drafting units are: Luoyang Glass Group Jingwei Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. and Yingkou Glass Fiber Co., Ltd.
Main drafters of this standard: Li Shujing, He Chaoyuan, Xiao Hongxia, Sun Yanmin
