This standard does not adopt the Japanese Industrial Standard JISA5337:1999 "Pre-tensioned Prestressed Centrifugally High-Strength Concrete Pipe Piles" equivalently. This standard was proposed by the China Building Materials Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Cement Products Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Suzhou Concrete and Cement Products Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Jiang Yuanhai, Jin Shun, Kuang Hongjie, Xia Cezhao, Wang Jiawei, Li Shiguo, Wang Qinglai, Zhang Yao, and Wang Shuping. This standard is the first release. This standard is entrusted to the Suzhou Concrete and Cement Products Research Institute for interpretation.
