Construction quality acceptance specification for building floor construction GB50209-2002

Author: Jiangsu Provincial Department of Construction (Editor-in-Chief)
Publisher: China Planning Press
Publication Date: 2002-05-01
Features: This specification was revised by the Jiangsu Provincial Building Engineering Administration, in conjunction with relevant units, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Issuing" (Jian Biao [2001] No. 87). The revision process involved specialized research, extensive surveys, and the summarization of years of experience in building floor engineering materials and construction. Following the principle of "separating acceptance and evaluation, strengthening acceptance, improving methods, and controlling the process," the specification was comprehensively revised. It underwent multiple drafts, including participation in ministry-level specification study meetings and coordination sessions, and was widely reviewed and commented on by relevant units across the country. Major issues were repeatedly revised, and finally, a review meeting was held to finalize and submit the specification.
This specification is primarily based on the original national standard "Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Building Floor Engineering" GB50209-95, which was merged with relevant inspection content from the original state standard "Specification for Quality Inspection and Evaluation of Building Engineering" GBJ301-88 to be revised as a national standard. It is also aligned with the current national standard "Specification for Building Floor Design" GB50037 and corresponds to relevant process control and quality acceptance indicators in current national construction quality acceptance specifications.
The main contents of this specification include: General Provisions, Terms, Basic Provisions, Substrate Laying, Monolithic Surface Layer Laying, Block Surface Layer Laying, Wood and Bamboo Surface Layer Laying, and Acceptance of Division (Subdivision) Projects, totaling eight chapters. The main provisions of this standard include: the division of division (subdivision) projects and sub-projects, the inclusion of process control clauses, highlighting the inspection content of key and general project construction quality standards, and strengthening the acceptance of division (subdivision) projects. Therefore, this specification not only covers quality acceptance but also includes process acceptance.
