Features: According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's "Several Opinions on Formulating Engineering Project Construction Standards" (No. 2323, Jihui [1987]) and the Ministry of Construction and State Planning Commission's "Interim Measures for the Formulation Work of Engineering Project Construction Standards" (No. 519, Jianbi [90] Zidian), and in accordance with the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Issuing the Formulation Plan for Engineering Project Construction Standards" (No. 70, Jijia Jianji Nianzi [94]), the "Construction Standards for Urban Sanitary Landfill Treatment Projects" compiled by the Urban Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction were reviewed and approved by relevant departments as a national unified standard and published, effective from July 1, 2001.
