Features: This standard specifies the basic requirements for the operation, maintenance, technical transformation, and performance testing of non-electrical transmitters and sensors for condition monitoring of units and auxiliary equipment, as well as for public utility equipment in hydropower plants in operation.
This standard applies to hydropower plants with a unit capacity of 10 MW or more; hydropower plants with a unit capacity of less than 10 MW may also refer to it for implementation.
This standard does not apply to the operation management and testing of non-electrical transmitters and sensors for dam safety monitoring systems and hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems.
