Features: To adapt to the needs of corporatization and standardized management of power system companies, the Power Transmission and Distribution Operation Department of the State Power Corporation of China issued Power Transmission and Distribution No. [2001] 56, explicitly requiring the review and compilation of the current power supply professional codes, countermeasures, management systems, and related production documents. A "Power Supply Codes (Countermeasures, Management Systems) Compilation Team" was formed to carry out the work. After nearly two years of intensive efforts, this set of "Common Guiding Technical Documents and Standards for Power Supply Production" was compiled, divided into six volumes: "Reactive Power Compensation, Power Quality, and Losses," "Transformer Equipment," "High-Voltage Switchgear," "Overhead Transmission Lines," "Power Cables and Accessories," and "Overvoltage Coordination and Insulation, Grounding Devices." It primarily collects production technical documents, main standards, and common standard catalogs issued by the state and relevant ministries and commissions by the end of December 2002.
This book is the sixth volume, "Overvoltage Coordination and Insulation, Grounding Devices," and mainly includes: laws and regulations, such as the "Trial Implementation of the Technical Management Regulations of the Power Industry"; production technical documents related to overvoltage coordination and insulation, grounding devices, mainly divided into three parts: management systems, anti-accident measures, and others. These mainly include the "Regulations of High-Voltage Specialties," the "Notice on Issuing the 25 Key Requirements for Preventing Major Power Production Accidents," and the "Minutes of the Lightning Protection Workshop for Power System Communication Stations," among others, totaling seven documents and appendices. The book also collects the full text of six main standards related to the operation, maintenance, testing, design, construction, and acceptance of overvoltage coordination and insulation, grounding devices. These include GB50150—1991 "Standard for Acceptance Testing of Electrical Equipment in Electrical Installation Projects," DL/T596—1996 "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment," and others. Other relevant national and industry standards are also included in the form of a directory list, with standard numbers appended after the names for easy reference.
This book is intended for use by administrative and technical leaders at all levels of power enterprises, production and technical management personnel, safety supervision personnel, and on-site personnel, as well as management and technical personnel in factories, mines, production management institutions, labor protection, and safety and health-related fields.
