Features: This specification was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the former State Economic and Trade Commission's "Notice on Issuing the 2003 Industry Standard Project Plan," and was edited by Nanchang Non-ferrous Metal Metallurgy Design and Research Institute as the leading organization. In collaboration with relevant domestic design units and environmental protection enterprises, it was revised based on a summary of domestic experience in environmental protection practices in the non-ferrous metal industry in recent years and the absorption of new research results. Through investigation and research, the revision was made to the "Technical Specifications for Environmental Protection Design in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry," which was promulgated and implemented on December 31, 1992. The "Technical Specification for Environmental Protection Design in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry" (YS5017-2004) was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission as an industry standard and came into effect on April 1, 2005, simultaneously revoking the original "Technical Specifications for Environmental Protection Design in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry" (YSJ017-92).
