Features: To meet the needs of hydropower and water conservancy engineering construction, this standard specifies the content and depth of communication design for hydropower and water conservancy projects, in order to satisfy the needs of project construction and operation.
This standard applies to communication design at different stages of new large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy projects. Different types of projects may focus on and select specific requirements based on the project tasks, characteristics, and demands. For exceptionally large hydropower and water conservancy projects or those utilizing foreign investment, the design content and depth may be adjusted according to this standard and additional requirements proposed by the project owner or competent authorities. Renovation, expansion, and small hydropower and water conservancy projects may refer to this standard for implementation.
