Features: This standard was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the former State Economic and Trade Commission's "Notice on Issuing the 2002 Annual Power Industry Standard Development and Revision Plan" (Power [2000] No. 70 document). During the drafting of this standard, references were made to relevant domestic and international (United States) standards for chemical cleaning quality control and corrosion rate.
This standard specifies the technical requirements, processes, and test methods for chemical cleaning and film formation of condensers in thermal power plants.
This standard is applicable to the chemical cleaning and film formation on the water-side surface of condensers made of copper, copper alloys, and stainless steel tubes, which are fouled. This standard is not applicable to the cleaning of condensers made of titanium and titanium alloy tubes.
