Features: This standard specifies the technical requirements for the commissioning of main units, auxiliary equipment, and thermal systems of steam turbines for new, expanded, and renovated thermal power generation units in basic power engineering construction projects. It also covers the commissioning of the entire unit start-up. This standard applies to domestically produced steam turbines with a capacity of 125 MW or higher, and the start-up commissioning of other types of steam turbine units may also refer to this standard for implementation. Imported units shall be commissioned according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the manufacturer does not provide specific instructions for this, this standard may also be referred to for implementation.
