Features: Currently, China is entering a new era of improving the socialist market economy system, taking the path of new industrialization, achieving harmonious development of the economy, society, and people, and comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Public demands for environmental protection, health, safety, and product quality are becoming increasingly high. Laboratories are institutions that provide various relevant data and information to the public through means such as experiments, tests, inspections, detections, and analyses. According to the latest statistics from authoritative departments, the total number of laboratory resources in China providing inspection and testing services for foreign markets is approximately 20,000. To meet the work needs and convenience of in laboratories and related industries, we have compiled and published the Chemical Laboratory Common Standards Collection, which is divided into two volumes. The first volume mainly collects 66 currently effective national standards issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration, up to December 2005. The attributes of the national standards collected in this collection are indicated in this directory (GB or GB/T), and the year is represented by four digits. Since some national standards were published before the national standard cleanup and revision, they have not been revised yet, so the original text is retained in the main body. When readers use these national standards, their attributes should be referred to as indicated in this directory (please note that readers should check the attributes of standards referenced in the "Standards Referred to" section of the standard text).
