Features: This standard was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the original State Economic and Trade Commission's "Notice on Issuing the 2001 Annual Power Industry Standard Development and Revision Plan Projects" (Power [2001] No. 44). Vibroflotation foundation treatment technology has been widely applied in the hydropower and water conservancy industry and has accumulated extensive experience. To promote the progress and development of vibroflotation foundation treatment technology in hydropower and water conservancy projects, standardize the design, construction, testing, and acceptance of vibroflotation foundation treatment projects, and ensure the quality of the projects, this standard was formulated. Appendix A of this standard is normative, while Appendices B and C are informative. This standard was proposed by the China Electric Power Enterprise Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of and responsible for interpretation by the Hydropower Construction Standardization Technical Committee of the Power Industry. The drafting units of this standard are Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Wei Wei, Liu Yong, Yu Hongzhi, Wang Aimin, Li Xiaoli, Guo Shuangtian, Li Xiang, and Wang Kui.
