Features: To better meet reader needs, the second edition of this compilation still adopts the format to divide the Grain and Oil Standard Series into five volumes: the Variety Quality Volume, the Determination Methods Volume (Volume 1 and Volume 2), the Hygiene Inspection Volume, the Terminology Volume, and the Machinery Volume. Since the publication of the "Grain and Oil Standard Compilation - Determination Methods Volume (Volume 2)" in 1997, most of the standards included have been revised. The second edition of the "Grain and Oil Standard Compilation - Determination Methods Volume (Volume 2)" collects a total of 94 standards related to grain and oil determination methods that were approved and published by the end of November 2005, including 57 national standards and 37 industry standards. This volume consists of three parts: inspection standards, packaging material standards, and other relevant standards. This book is available for use by production, trade, supervision and inspection, research, and management departments in the grain and oil industry.
