It also supplements a small number of previously published regulatory documents as needed, totaling over 340 items. At the end, three additional documents related to legal system construction and rule of law governance are included as a special appendix. The collected documents highlight guidance and practicality for environmental enforcement work, striving for accuracy and authority. This book is intended for reference by environmental protection departments at all levels and their enforcement personnel, management personnel of various enterprises and institutions, environmental protection researchers, and individuals from all walks of life who are passionate about environmental protection causes.
