Features: In China, psychology for high school students is essentially an empty field, with no systematic materials available, no existing works to draw upon, and scarce references in books and journals. To complete the writing of Psychology of High School Students, the difficulty was significant. To ensure the quality of this book, we consulted a large amount of domestic and international materials and conducted systematic research, striving to gather the most accessible first-hand data that reflect the psychological characteristics of Chinese high school students. During the writing process, we adhered to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, following the overall requirements of this series, aiming to make Psychology of High School Students both represent the cutting edge of discipline development and embody popularization, drawing from diverse sources. It can serve as a trusted guide and companion for high school students, high school teachers, and parents, as well as a textbook or supplementary material for school child psychology. This book elaborates on all aspects of high school students' psychological development, highlights the characteristics of individual psychological development during the high school stage, strengthens the discussion on personality development—a previously weak link in child psychology—and extensivelys research findings by Chinese psychologists on high school students, presenting readers with a comprehensive holographic view of the psychological development of Chinese high school students. However, as it is merely a starting point and our capabilities are limited, shortcomings are inevitable. We sincerely invite the readers to offer criticism and corrections.
