Features: The compilation of this textbook also adapts to the new situation where China's domestic economy is integrated with the international economy and where domestic markets merge with international markets. "International Trade Practice" is a relatively important subject in the business administration teaching discipline system and has a strong practical nature. When compiling this textbook, we pay special attention to implementing the following principles: 1. Fully reflect the newly emerging rules and practices in international trade, combine the widely formed and applied rules and practices in international trade, and absorb the new developments in international trade theory and practice to form the theoretical and practical system of this book. 2. Fully integrate the practical and theoretical achievements of China's foreign economic and trade development, reflecting the laws, regulations, detailed rules, and numerous policies issued in foreign economic and trade aspects in recent years. 3. The compilation of this book pays attention to the completeness and rationality of the theoretical system, as well as the practicality and applicability of the textbook, with a greater emphasis on practicality during the writing process. 4. Embrace and absorb the excellent and essential content from textbooks compiled by various domestic institutions, as well as published papers, works, and case analysis articles by theoretical researchers and practical workers at home and abroad. 5. The compilation of this book is designed to meet the needs of MBA teaching while fully considering the needs of long-term and short-term training for a large number of full-time and on-the-job personnel. The writing aims to broaden the scope of applicability and make teaching more flexible. The textbook adopts a unified format, where the key points of each chapter are introduced at the beginning, followed by one or more cases to illustrate the main issues and theories to be discussed in the chapter. At the end of each chapter, review questions are provided. This approach is based on a thorough consideration of the characteristics of MBA education, especially for on-the-job MBA students, combined with our many years of experience in MBA teaching and "International Trade Practice" teaching. This is an attempt in this compilation. Of course, students not only need to understand and master the basic theories and knowledge of international trade but also be familiar with the actual operations of import and export businesses. Case studies are used to introduce the main issues of rules and practices, and they strengthen case teaching and review questions, based on this consideration. The book is divided into 14 chapters. Chapter 1 elaborates on international trade norms and international trade analysis; Chapter 2 discusses business negotiations in international trade, serving as the overlord for the following chapters; Chapters 3 to 7 elaborate on the main transaction conditions; Chapters 8 to 11 elaborate on the main guarantee conditions; Chapter 12 introduces the main issues in contract performance; and the final chapter introduces various international trade methods.
