However, the principle of content selection reflects different emphases: the first volume focuses on outlining some macro changes and era-specific characteristics in contemporary society, emphasizing a broad perspective and large-scale themes; while the content of the second volume primarily revolves around the healthy growth of students in terms of their professional demeanor and physical fitness, with a focus on the student as the subject, topics that are more and easier to resonate with.
