Features: The third teaching guide is largely similar in format to the second teaching guide. It covers vocabulary, example sentences, grammar exercises, translated texts and reading passages, as well as standard answers for written and some oral exercises listed after each chapter. To help readers better understand the texts, most translations are literal. Since the third book is significantly more challenging than the first and second, some exercise answers may not be unique. In the preface of the second teaching guide, we mentioned that "language is a capricious spirit," and perfect correctness may only be a beautiful wish—various linguistic issues are inevitable. We sincerely invite colleagues in the French field to offer criticism and corrections. The third teaching guide was compiled with the strong assistance of French experts Anne-Marie and Chen Wei, among others, from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
