Features: This is the teacher's manual for the revised third edition of "College English," compiled by Yang Limin, Xu Keren, and other teachers at Beijing Foreign Studies University. It is primarily intended for reference by teachers in their teaching. The revised teacher's manual largely retains the original framework of the book but includes significant changes in content. Each lesson now includes background introductions, standardized formatting, additional answers to exercises, and substantial revisions and improvements to the text explanations. More than half of the text explanations in this book were written based on lesson plans created by colleagues within the department, including Mei Renyi, Lin Kemei, Xu Keren, Zhu Binghe, Li He, Du Xuezeng, Zhang Yulin, and Chen Yeping. Mei Renyi, in particular, made significant contributions. During the writing process, we also received strong support from Canadian expert Ruth Gamberg. We extend our sincere gratitude to all of them.
