Features: The Public English Test System (PETS), abbreviated as PETS, is a national English proficiency examination system designed and administered by the National Education Examination Center. It is the only multi-level authoritative English testing system in China that is open to all citizens. PETS consists of two relatively independent assessment components: written and oral tests, which comprehensively evaluate candidates' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. To help candidates successfully pass the PETS oral test, we have invited experts and professors who haveed PETS oral tests in previous years to compile this series of books. The aim is to assist candidates in interpreting the content specified in the syllabus, understanding the process and techniques of the oral test, mastering a wealth of oral test materials, and providing candidates with a comprehensive practical training platform. This series of books is strictly compiled according to the latest examination syllabus published by the National Education Examination Center. Each level follows the communicative topics and functional notions specified in the syllabus as the main thread, closely aligning with the requirements of the proficiency examination. The content includes three parts: Knowing Thyself, Common Communicative Topics, and Functional Notions. The book is well-organized, with widely sourced and up-to-date material, covering all the exam points specified in the syllabus. Additionally, this series of books is designed in a pocket-sized format, making it convenient to carry and allowing candidates to study anytime, anywhere.
