The "China Real Estate Statistical Yearbook (2005-2006)" is a data source centered on the development status of real estate, including real estate economic statistics of regions across the country and 35 major cities from 2003 to 2004, as well as preliminary data on real estate development investment in 2005. Among them, indicators such as completed investment in real estate development in 2004, sources of funds, land development and acquisition, and major areas of development adopt preliminary data on real estate development investment, while financial data on real estate development, property, intermediaries, and other real estate industry indicators use data from the 2004 real estate census. This yearbook primarily focuses on statistical data of the real estate industry and also collects other economic statistical materials related to the real estate industry. The content of the entire yearbook is divided into five parts: National and Regional Section, Major City Section, Provincial and City Section, Preliminary Data on Real Estate Development in 2005, and Appendix.
