How to treat candidal balanitis

Patient's question:

I recently don't know what's going on, my lower body is very uncomfortable, and I'm not getting morning erections anymore. How can I treat candidal balanitis?

Doctor's answer:

Candidal balanitis is a common male genital disorder caused by infection with Candida albicans. Treatment involves rinsing the glans and foreskin with physiological saline or Rivanol solution to remove dirt, soaking the foreskin and glans skin with sodium bicarbonate solution and applying Kangxi wash, applying it to the glans once or twice daily, and additionally using antifungal creams such as Clotrimazole cream, Fungizone cream, or Terbinafine cream. If urethral irritation symptoms occur, oral Nystatin or Fluconazole can be taken for treatment.
