Doctor's answer:

Hello, Chinese medicine treatment is available. Prurigo of the scrotum, also known as scrotal wind or ball wind in Chinese medicine, is an allergic skin inflammation of the scrotum. It is characterized by severe itching of the scrotum, appearing as polymorphic skin lesions such as erythema, papules, vesicles, pustules, exudation, erosion, crusting, thickening, and scales, with recurrent attacks and prolonged duration.
  Formula One:
  Ingredients:
  Indigo 20g,
  Fused Alum 10g,
Calcined Kaolin 10g (quench with vinegar),

  Usage:
Grind into fine powder, mix with castor oil to 100ml, and set aside. First, clean the affected area, then apply the medicine repeatedly. Use twice daily. If the affected area has exudation or erosion, directly apply the above dry powder to the area.
