Features: In the new historical stage, the Party Central Committee with Jiang Zemin at its core held high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, adhered to the line, principles, and policies since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, and, in response to the changes in the international and domestic environment of the 1990s, formed new ideas and strategies in economic, policy, cultural, and diplomatic aspects with the theoretical quality of Marxism that keeps pace with the times. Looking toward the 21st century, Jiang Zemin proposed three major tasks for China and the "New Three-Step Strategy," putting forward new requirements for the construction of the Communist Party of China. This not only provided a new direction for China's reform and development but also offered a fundamental guiding ideology for the future construction of the ruling party. The decade since 1992 has been tumultuous, and the work we have written merely depicts a part of the "great." Despite many shortcomings in this research, we still wish to contribute its benefits to society. We hope this work can serve as a reference for people to study and research this period in history.
