Patient's question:
Approximately 10-18 cm. What is the normal length of a man's penis?Doctor's answer:
Regarding the issue of penis size and girth, a sample survey indicates: In China, the average length of an erect penis is 11 centimeters, with the shortest being 3 centimeters and the longest 18 centimeters. The average diameter is 2.5 centimeters, with the widest being 4.0 centimeters and the narrowest 1.5 centimeters. When erect, the longest penis measures 18 centimeters, the shortest 8 centimeters, and the average 12 centimeters. Before puberty, a penis shorter than 2.5 centimeters is considered underdeveloped, and after puberty, a penis shorter than 5 centimeters with abnormal development and no erection function is also considered abnormal. This is especially true when there is poor development of secondary sexual characteristics, sexual dysfunction, infertility, and no sperm production. Only in such cases can it be deemed abnormal penile development. The average length in a flaccid state is approximately 8.7 centimeters. The size of the penis only matters if you think it does. If a woman prefers a larger one, that's just her preference. If you feel yours should be bigger, that's just your perspective. However, in most cases, size does not significantly affect how women perceive your physique. Many women find it exaggerated how much men obsess over their penis size—after all, the average length of a vagina is only 8 to 13 centimeters. Most women agree that technique is far more important than size in achieving pleasure.
