Doctor's answer:

Hello, normal semen is grayish-white or slightly yellowish. If the abstinence period is long, due to changes in physicochemical properties, the color may become more yellow, which is all normal.
Abnormal semen includes: milky or yellowish-green semen, and yellow semen. This indicates inflammation in the reproductive tract, which is likely a purulent infection of the prostate and seminal vesicles. Yellow semen is not, once the cause is identified and symptomatic treatment is administered, the color can return to normal.
As for advice, the color of semen has little relation to the amount of sperm in it. There is nothing much else.
