What should I do about proctitis and prostatitis?

Patient's question:

Medical Description: I have had proctitis for 4 years and haven't treated it. Now I am very thin, and I get diarrhea after eating. Drinking occasionally causes me to feel dizzy. Sometimes I have lower back pain, and I always feel weak. I often stay alone outside and have no sexual life. On holidays, I spend time with my girlfriend, but my semen has turned into yellow watery liquid, and I have been experiencing premature ejaculation.
History of Treatment and Effects: I have not received any treatment.
Help Needed: I want to ask what illness I might have, how to treat it, and what precautions I should take in daily life.

Doctor's answer:

Inflammatory lesions of nearby organs such as the rectum, colon, and lower urinary tract can lead to prostatitis through lymphatic vessels. However, other causes such as urinary retention, prolonged sitting, prostate stones, and excessive alcohol consumption are not ruled out. Proctitis does not cause prostatitis; these are two different systems of diseases. They are independent conditions. Frequent urination, urgency, and incomplete urination are not necessarily signs of prostatitis. It should be considered a urinary tract infection and treated with antibiotics in combination, such as ofloxacin, doxycycline, Sanjin tablets, etc. Additionally, drink more water. Do not hold in urine.
