Features: This book is the excavation report of the Neolithic site at Wangyin Village, Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province, from 1975 to 1978. The site is primarily characterized by Beixin Culture (Late) and Dahankou Culture (Early) remains, featuring numerous houses, pits, and 899 Dahankou Culture burials, making it one of the largest prehistoric cemeteries in Shandong and even the entire country. The artifacts unearthed from the site, including production tools, daily utensils, burial goods, and subtropical animal remains, provide important materials for studying prehistoric living customs, burial practices, human physical characteristics, and prehistoric environments.
