Doctor's answer:
It is recommended to conduct a mycoplasma test. If the test is positive, you can use the following treatment plan:1. Tetracycline 0.5 grams, 4 times daily; Doxycycline 100 mg, 2 times daily. Take for a total of seven days. Those with contraindications or intolerance may switch to Erythromycin, 500 mg daily, for seven days, then reduce the dose by half and continue for another seven days.
2. Roxithromycin: 300 mg, once daily, for seven consecutive days. The efficacy rate is over 90%.
3. Azithromycin: 1.0 gram, single dose.
Medication must be taken in sufficient dosage and for the full course.
