Features: On the occasion of the publication of the third volume of the "Political Economy Colloquium," the development of Marxist political economy in China has presented significant opportunities. The Scientific Outlook on Development proposed by the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as General Secretary has made major advancements in Marxist development theory.
