Features: Bao Xinyuan, also known as Xin Yuan, was born in January 1959 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, with ancestral roots in Taixing. He is a full-time painter at the Zhenjiang Chinese Painting Institute, a National Level 2 Fine Arts Master, a member of the China Artists Association, a specially appointed painter at the Jiangsu Chinese Painting Institute, and a calligrapher. Currently, he is enrolled in the inaugural Landscape Painting Advanced Research Class at the Longrui Studio of the Chinese Painting Research Institute. His works have been featured in numerous publications, including Art, Art Perspectives, Jiangsu Art Magazine, Yangtze Evening News, Rongbaozhai, Oriental Fine Arts, and Chinese Painting Research. He has been invited to exhibit in Japan, South Korea, the United States, Germany, and Singapore, with many of his works being collected. He has published Bao Xinyuan Landscape Painting Collection.
In terms of artistic orientation, Bao Xinyuan consciously integrates his painting into the contemporary context, extending from traditional landscape painting to modern styles. This approach enriches the imagery, poetic expression, and profound emotions in his works with a modern sensibility, striving to harmonize the natural rhythm of life with the human rhythm, creating a seamless connection between brushwork poetry and formal imagery. His art portrays the "spiritual homeland" within his heart.
Backed by tradition yet facing modernity, Bao Xinyuan's art has found vitality in the transformation of society. His artistic prospects are boundless.
