Why is the glans and foreskin sticky

Patient's question:

Doctor, hello:
I have recently experienced discomfort on the front inner side of my glans after urination (a feeling I can't quite describe). When I retract my foreskin, I noticed a tightness in the glans (sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not) and a sticky sensation during the process. Could this be inflammation? Is there any ointment I can apply that is also anti-inflammatory?
Thank you.
First follow-up question: There's a strange odor on my glans.

Doctor's answer:

Hypospadias, due to excessive foreskin, the secretion on the inner side cannot be cleaned in time, which allows bacteria to grow and multiply, leading to an increase in foreskin secretion, smegma, and odor. In severe cases, it can cause local inflammation, known as balanoposthitis. On one hand, bacteria can ascend retrograde to infect the urethra, prostate, seminal vesicles, epididymis, and testicles. They can also be transmitted to a sexual partner during intercourse, causing conditions such as vulvitis, vaginitis, cervicitis, and endometritis in women. Therefore, from a modern medical perspective, circumcision is better than not having it done. It is recommended that you visit the urology department of a hospital with the necessary facilities to undergo a circumcision.
