The Qiwangfu Quběn contains approximately nine hundred types of theatrical manuscripts, mainly early folk regional operas, including Gaoqiang, Yiyangqiang, Qinqiang, Chuqiang, and other luan tan with Kunqu, as well as early Peking Opera, puppetry, and shadow puppetry scripts.
