Features: It is essential to maintain the understanding that any legal principle or legal system must have its origins. Many things, even if universal, are fundamentally American in nature, British in tradition, French in character, or Swedish in hue. Based on this understanding and the needs of graduate academic training, we established a special research project on comparative administrative law principles and systems. We emphasized the research process rather than the novelty or theoretical breakthroughs of the findings, hoping that graduate students would respect existing knowledge and theories, become familiar with and master comparative research methods, broaden their horizons, and develop academic research skills. They successfully completed the research project, achieving the predetermined goals of both methodological and capability training. Moreover, the project's research outcomes exceeded our expectations. Due to their strong theoretical systematicity and practical guiding significance, the findings have been compiled and published.
