Features: Organized by the authoritative research institution—the Institute of Finance, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, this publication is a centralized, systematic, comprehensive, and continuous reflection of the current state, development, and reform process of China's financial legal system. This "Rule of Law" is composed of four main parts: "Overview," "Progress," "Topics," and "Cases."
"Overview" serves as a summary of the entire book. Its essence lies in providing a macro-level review of the fundamental characteristics and developmental trajectory of China's financial legal system.
"Progress" involves departmental research. It systematically records and evaluates the facts of China's financial legal system development in the current year, covering different aspects such as legislation, law enforcement, judicial processes, and compliance, across major financial sectors such as banking, securities and futures, insurance, and trust industries.
"Topics" focuses on in-depth analysis of hotspots and challenges. We will conduct systematic theoretical analyses around the hot and difficult issues that arose in China's financial legislation, financial justice, financial operations, and financial regulation over the past year. The aim is to reveal the ideal state of these issues, providing theoretical support to eliminate legal obstacles hindering financial development and establish laws and regulations that promote it.
"Cases" offers a detailed analysis of significant financial cases. We strive to systematically collect and carefully select individual cases that have had a major impact on the development of China's financial legal system, providing multi-perspective commentary. Through these case studies, we hope to witness the historical trajectory of China's financial legal system development from a practical perspective and identify areas that still need improvement, while proposing concrete and feasible solutions.
