Author Bio: Wang Zhonghui was born in 1962 in Xinchang, Zhejiang. In 1994, he obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (United Kingdom) and is currently a professor at the School of Finance and Economics, Hangzhou Dianzi University. His main academic achievements include the monograph A Study of Public Policy Influences on the Development of China's Rural Enterprises, 1978-1992, as well as multiple academic papers published in the United Kingdom.
