Features: Without a data center, it is impossible to become an academic center; without primary data, there will be no flourishing research outcomes. This is increasingly becoming a common consensus. The research activities of the Key Discipline of Constitutional and Administrative Law at Zhejiang University (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Law Center") will begin with the organization of data. To this end, we have compiled the book Administrative Regulations of China and Foreign Countries—Decomposition and Comparison. This book is divided into ten volumes:
Volume 1: Administrative Organization Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 2: Civil Service Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 3: Administrative Legislation Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 4: Administrative Compulsion Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 5: Administrative Penalties Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 6: Administrative Procedure Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 7: Administrative Reconsideration Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 8: Administrative Courts Laws and Administrative Litigation Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 9: State Compensation Laws of China and Foreign Countries
Volume 10: Administrative Information Disclosure Laws of China and Foreign Countries. It conducts decomposition and comparative research on nearly 200 administrative regulations from 35 countries and regions, organized by topic. The arrangement of each volume follows the following rules:
1. Establish topics by chapter according to the general logic of legislation;
2. Within each topic, arrange regulations in the order of China first, then foreign countries;
3. The order of foreign countries (or regions) is arranged according to the English alphabetical order of the country (or region);
4. The order of regulations within the same country (or region) is arranged chronologically;
5. The last section of each chapter is designated as the "Summary and Comparison" section.
This book is not merely a compilation of materials but attempts to combine the decomposition of data with theoretical research. This unique compilation method and the rich materials undoubtedly make it a reference tool for similar legislation and research in China. We hope this book will contribute to and support China's administrative legislation and the comparative study of administrative law between China and foreign countries!
