Book of Five Leaves (Ming Dynasty Version Known Records)

Author: Zhang Zexian
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-01-01
Features: The author of this book uses a classification method to select five distinct "elements" from numerous Republican-era editions, which the author refers to as the "Five Leaves": cover design, book illustrations, publication marks, book advertisements, and copyright pages. The structure is quite clear. Although the versions and historical materials these "elements" are based on are old, the feelings and perspectives they evoke still hold a certain novelty, presenting readers with a relatively fresh sense of time and space.
