How to properly handle problems with sexual function?

Patient's question:

I didn't notice this before, but it was about half a month ago. My partner and I had sex for 15 hours without feeling the urge to ejaculate. To clarify, I haven't had sexual activity for 2 months and haven't masturbated for 6 months. My partner is 20 years old and hasn't had sex for a year either, so it shouldn't be because she's loose. She was very happy with it, and my erection was normal.

Doctor's answer:

Ejaculatory dysfunction is a type of male sexual dysfunction. It is characterized by some patients who can achieve a hard and erect penis without difficulty during sexual activity, maintain erection for a long time without softening, but fail to reach climax or achieve ejaculation, let alone experience pleasure. Clinically, it is divided into three types: (1) No ejaculation activity, even after prolonged sexual intercourse or certain forms of climax exhaustion, ejaculation still does not occur. (2) Retrograde ejaculation, normal sexual intercourse duration, but no normal semen discharge after climax, with sperm and fructose in the urine after intercourse. (3) Anejaculation, refers to the presence of climax but no semen discharge after ejaculation. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination to identify the underlying cause.
